For the Palazzo Aurea project in Piazzale Medaglie d’Oro, Milan, Parkair supplied indoor air-conditioning solutions with no visible outdoor units, helping to preserve the building’s architectural integrity and ensuring that the systems blend seamlessly into a redeveloped historic residential setting.

Thanks to the water-cooled technology of the MCW 2.0 range, it was possible to deliver comfort and energy efficiency without compromising aesthetics, keeping the building facades, balconies and communal areas unobstructed.

The project was developed under the coordination and supervision of the following professionals:

Client: Investire SGR

Project Management and Design: ITISTUDIO

Project Management: MCM

Sales Agency: Dils

Contractor: A.P. Costruzioni

Systems Installer: LG Tecno Impianti
